1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the UnisonPay Account Opening Reward 30 (the "Promotion") provided by Unison Global Markets (UGM) Ltd (trading as UnisonPay) (“Company”, "we," "us," "our"). By participating in the Promotion, you ("Participant," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Company, their families, agents, or anyone else connected with the Company or with this Promotion.
2. Promotion Details
2.1. The Promotion will commence on 21st of August 2024 and will be valid for the first 150 (one-hundred and fifty) UnisonPay E-Money Accounts activations only ("Promotion Period"). Entries or claims made after the Promotion Period will not be valid.
2.2. The Promotion applies to the following products/services: UnisonPay E-Money Account.
3. Rewards and Benefits
3.1. The rewards/benefits of the Promotion are that you will receive £30 into your UnisonPay account upon onboarding and once your documents and ID have been fully verified.
3.2. The rewards/benefits will be provided as follows: A credit of £30 shall be transferred into your UnisonPay account once you have acknowledged receipt of the welcome letter with your designated UnisonPay account number details.
3.3. There are no charges for the UnisonPay account and no hidden fees whatsoever. This can be used as a standard account for receipt of funds and sending payments out.
3.4. This is currently an online E-Money account and there are no cards attached at present, but you can manage your account from the UnisonPay online portal.
3.5. There are no charges for the UnisonPay account activation and closure.
3.6. The rewards/benefits of the Promotion are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
4. Eligibility
4.1 You must be a UK Resident living in the UK with a confirmable Identification (ID), Proof of Address and a Valid Biometric Resident Permit where applicable. The application for the account opening should be submitted online through our website - Unison - Build Your Own Payment Solution (unisongm.com)
4.2. Only one entry per person/household/account is permitted unless otherwise specified.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
5.1. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated.
5.2. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the Promotion at any time if we believe that the Promotion is being misused or abused.
5.3. Existing UnisonPay Corporate clients are not eligible for the Promotion.
5.4. The promotion is for a limited time and a limited number of clients up to 150.
5.5. Any Participant found to be acting in breach of these Terms may be disqualified from the Promotion.
6. Liability
6.1. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Promotion, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.2. We accept no responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries, or for any technical failures that prevent participation in the Promotion.
7. Data Protection
7.1. Any personal data provided by Participants will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [insert link to privacy policy].
7.2. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
8. General
8.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any amendments to the Terms will be communicated through the landing page, where the promotion is advertised.
8.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
